Smoking is strictly prohibited in all interior areas of the yacht. This policy applies to all forms of smoking, including cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vape pens, and similar devices.

Any violation of this policy will result in a $500 deduction from the damage deposit. Additionally, such infractions may lead to the immediate termination of the charter without a refund.

Guests are expected to maintain the cleanliness of the yacht at all times. Littering is strictly prohibited, both on board and overboard. All trash and waste should be properly disposed of in the designated containers provided by the crew.

Any damage or additional cleaning required due to littering or negligence will incur a charge, with costs determined based on the extent of the damage or the level of cleaning necessary.

Wearing high heels is strictly prohibited on board to protect the yacht’s flooring and deck, and to ensure the safety of all guests. Guests are required to wear soft-soled, non-marking shoes or go barefoot while on the yacht. Any footwear deemed unsuitable will need to be removed before the charter begins.

Please note that any damage to the yacht resulting from improper footwear will be charged to the charterer at the full cost of repairs or replacement.

To protect the day beds from any damage and dirt, no shoes or sandals are permitted on the
day beds located on the bow of the boat.

The largest sized coolers permitted on board are 36” in length. Any damage caused by coolers/containers brought on board will be deducted from your damage deposit.
